Tuition, fees, and policies

  Radiant Gymnastics & Athletics runs on a monthly fee schedule. 

• Tuition is charged in advanced. 
• Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Both Tuition and the membership fee are due upon enrollment, in advance of taking classes.
• Tuition is automatically charged and payment is taken on the first of every month.
• Failure to pay tuition on time may result in the child being dropped from the class. We reserve the right to drop enrollments at any time.
• Failure to pay tuition on time will result in a late fee of $25.00. Tuition is considered OVER DUE by the 15th of the month. Late fees will be charged on the 15th. 
• A valid credit or debit card is required for registration and must be kept      on file. THIS IS MANDATORY! 
• Failure to be on autopay will result in a $25.00 fee on the 1st of the month. 
• You may pay with cash or a check before the 1st of the month and the card on file will not be charged.
• All students are automatically re-enrolled each month. 
• To  withdrawal your child from class you can drop their enrollment through the parent portal or a written "withdrawal form" must be done before the first of the month. Verbal communication, such as leaving a voice mail or telling a coach, is not a valid way to unenroll. 
• If  a check is returned, we will charge the card on file the full tuition      amount plus a $25 returned check fee.
• All students with unpaid tuition on the 1st day of the month may be dropped from the class and their space made available to new registrations. We reserve the right to drop students at any time we see fit. 

ESA: Radiant will be adding an additional $5 charge per month of tuition to invoices for Class Wallet. You will now see your tuition listed $5 higher than prior and no “Class Wallet Fee” line item.

Additionally, ESA invoices will only be provided when requested by email (radiantgymnastics@gmail.com) or at the front desk. Please notify Radiant prior to the 1st of the month to get funds applied without late fees. When requesting, please include the athletes’ name and the months you would like on your invoice.

How to unenroll: 

• Withdrawals must be done ONLINE through the parent portal or a written "withdrawal form" must be filled out. A voice mail or verbal communication will NOT be accepted for withdrawals/drops. No exceptions! 
• The "withdrawal form" is available at the bottom of this page. 
• Phone calls or verbal communication will not be accepted to drop enrollment. 
• No refunds or credits for classes not attended. 

Annual Registration: 

•  A $50 membership registration fee is due at the time of registration for your first class. 
• Automatically renews yearly on your registration anniversary date.

Discounts: Automatically deducted from the families' monthly tuition.

• Multiple classes attended by one athlete -$5.00 off the 2nd class, -$5.00 off the third class, etc.
• Siblings -$5.00 off the 2nd athlete's tuition, -$5.00 off the third athlete's tuition, etc. (all athletes must be on the same account to receive this discount)

Other Discounts: Please contact us to receive this discount.

• Military -$10.00 per family. (with ID proof)

Makeup Classes: If you miss a class, we will allow you to do a "makeup" class. A makeup class can be done in any class that has availability, as long as the age and level is appropriate and there is open spots in the class. Makeups are valid for 30 days after missing a class. You will receive a makeup token once the class is missed, you can then use that token to enroll in a makeup class. 

No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes.
